A supervisor walks or drives patrol rounds, keeps track of who is where, addresses visitors on house rules and signals violations, damage or suspicious behaviour. During incidents they escalate to security, police or emergency services.

Unlike a security officer, a supervisor has a less authoritative appearance and focuses on rule enforcement, signalling and de-escalation. Ideal for places where you want visible supervision and mobile patrols, without a heavy security presence.

We work in three recognisable forms. Deployable on a fixed or flexible basis, day, evening or night, indoors and outdoors.

The roles are often confused, but authority and area of deployment differ. We do not provide municipal enforcement officers (BOA); they are appointed by the municipality.

   Patrol route and conduct protocol

   We document routes, checkpoints, times, reporting points and forms of address in a plan that fits your location or car park.

   Fixed supervisor and backup

   You get familiar faces with a fixed backup, briefed on your location, your residents or visitors and your reporting chain.

   Delivery and reporting per round

   Digital reporting per round with photos, observations and events. Weekly summary and monthly evaluation with your contact person.

There is no fixed hourly rate. The price depends on:

• Number of supervisors, hours and time slots (evenings, nights, weekends and holidays are priced differently)
• Type of deployment: fixed post, walking or cycling round, or mobile patrol in a car
• Number of locations, size of the site and number of checkpoints per round
• Whether a Dutch security licence is required for the assignment
• Extra services such as opening and closing rounds, alarm response or parking enforcement
• Contract duration and notice period

Every officer is emergency-response certified, follows annual training in aggression handling and de-escalation and, where required by law, holds a valid Dutch security licence (BV-pas) from Justis.
