Hospitality security by Kilic Security

Hospitality security that fits your organisation

Your visitor sees the front desk first. That's where it's decided whether someone is properly welcomed or simply walks through unchecked. Our hospitality hosts are host at the front and security officer at the back.

You get familiar faces who know your company culture, wear the same dress code and follow the same house rules. Multilingual, presentable and with a valid Dutch security ID.

One person at the desk, two functions

Your guests see a host who knows them by name. Meanwhile access control, badge issuing and visitor registration simply continue. No security booth next to reception, no double staffing.

What is hospitality security?

Hospitality security combines reception duties and security in one role. The hospitality host welcomes guests, registers visitors, answers phone and email and simultaneously keeps an eye on who enters the building.

For your guests it feels like a warm welcome, for you it is full access control. One person, two functions, no separate security booth next to the reception.

Our hospitality services

We deliver reception services and hospitality staffing as a fixed team or flexibly per shift:

  • Front office and reception: welcome, registration and badge issuing
  • Access control for visitors, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Phone, email and parcel handling on behalf of your organisation
  • Guest guidance, concierge and meeting room support
  • CCTV monitoring and alarm response from the desk
  • First aid and emergency response during incidents

Dutch and English as standard, additional languages on request. Suitable for headquarters as well as hotels and multi-tenant buildings.

For which organisations?

Hospitality security fits organisations where the first impression matters and visitor flows need to be controlled. We work for, among others:

  • Head offices and corporate offices
  • Hotels, boutique hotels and serviced apartments
  • Multi-tenant office buildings and business centres
  • Law firms, finance and consultancy
  • Healthcare institutions and clinics
  • Embassies, consulates and government
  • Showrooms, flagship stores and experience centres
  • Conference venues and event locations

Looking for pure building protection without a reception? Our object security page is a better fit.

Hospitality host vs. separate receptionist and guard

Many organisations combine a temp receptionist with a separate security guard. That works, but you get two faces at the front and two invoices.

  • Additional services such as CCTV monitoring, alarm response or first aid
  • Number of locations and weekly flexibility
  • Contract term and notice period

After a short intake you receive a tailored, no-obligation quote. In standard cases within 1 working day, in urgent cases within 24 hours.
