A production site is not an office with one reception. Production runs at night and on weekends, contractors arrive at unpredictable moments, and the value in machines, copper cabling, tools and half-finished goods is significant. Unauthorised access, theft, damage to installations and unsafe situations during maintenance are part of the risk profile of virtually every production site.

That calls for officers who do more than operate the barrier. They check ID and work permits at the gate on formal completeness, register licence plates, keep the flow calm during shift changes, spot deviating behaviour on the site and handle an incident without stopping the operation. Site fire brigade, EHS / HSE management, process safety (SIL, HAZOP), LMRA and safety certification of contractors, hazardous substance inspections and technical inspection of installations remain with your own organisation or specialist parties. Everything around them (visible site officers, gate and truck control, mobile surveillance, CCTV monitoring, closing rounds and 24/7 alarm response) is what we deliver on the operational side.
