Schools and campuses have a risk profile you rarely see elsewhere. Open doors and accessible entrances, changing groups on fixed timetables, a wide range of ages and backgrounds, and social tension that can surface in the hall or corridor in a single moment. On top of that you deal with vandalism to buildings and bike shelters, unwanted visitors on site and incidents around exams that must run without disruption.

The risk profile also differs by time of day. During the day it is about visibility, being approachable and de-escalation in corridors, hall and schoolyard. During evening classes and exams the focus shifts to access control, calm inside the building and fast response to incidents. In weekends and holidays it is about preventing break in and vandalism through CCTV, mobile patrols and 24/7 alarm response. We build the crew per site around experience with young people, presentation and languages that match your population.

Our education security is built for institutions with open buildings, changing groups and high daily visitor flows. In practice we mainly work for the following operators:

Do you also run pedagogical care, student counselling, school social work or confidential support? That sits with your own team, youth care services and specialised parties, and is not something we provide. Everything around it (physical access, supervision in corridors and on the schoolyard, reception and visitor registration, CCTV, closing rounds, alarm response and temporary deployment during open days and exams) we do.

As facilities manager, safety coordinator or board member you do not want to coordinate with several parties at once.
