Access control, bag checks and ID checks at the gate, oversight of visitor flows and emergency exits, VIP and artist escort, addressing unwanted behaviour, and coordination with first aid and emergency services. Afterwards, the team leader delivers a debrief and a report.
There's no fixed hourly rate. The price depends on the number of officers, duration, time slot, risk profile and any additional deployment such as VIP protection. After a short intake you receive a tailored, no-obligation quote within 1 working day, or within 24 hours for urgent requests.
As a guideline: 1 security officer per 100 to 250 visitors, depending on event type, risk profile and the presence of alcohol. Your municipality often sets its own minimum requirements in the permit. We calculate this for you during the intake.
For most events with a public, security is required as part of your event permit. The municipality decides which deployment is needed based on type, size and risk profile. We help you with the security section of your safety plan.

Yes. Our team leader joins the pre-event meeting and the site walk with municipality, police, fire brigade and medical services, and on the day itself makes sure the lines are short via the same communication channels as the emergency services.
For regular events we plan in consultation, usually 2 to 4 weeks in advance. For urgent requests, our network often lets us deliver a full crew within a few days. For last-minute requests you receive an availability check within 24 hours.

Yes. We deliver event security across the whole of the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven and regional venues. Stewards and event security officers are bilingual (Dutch and English), licensed under the Dutch Wpbr and hold a valid security ID issued by Justis, which is required to work on events in the Netherlands.
