What does a receptionist do?
A receptionist welcomes visitors, registers them, issues badges and makes sure employees and guests reach the right place quickly. In addition, they manage the switchboard, email, mail, parcels, couriers, keys and the meeting-room calendar.
The role is also called reception employee, front-desk officer or host. Under all these names we mean the same thing: a representative first point of contact who is professional, multilingual and organisationally strong.
Our receptionists are trained in hospitality, professional telephony and the most-used visitor-registration and calendar systems such as Outlook, Google Workspace, Proxyclick, Envoy and GoBright. For a custom in-house system we cover the onboarding period before the start.
